Our Name

"Savwa" means knowledge in Creole. Combined with "Maison" (house), it represents a welcoming space where knowledge is accessible, shared, and transformative—honoring Creole language and culture while empowering communities.

To provide accessible education, reliable information, and inclusive community support to vulnerable individuals—especially immigrants, asylum seekers, and newcomers—to strengthen their capacities, facilitate integration, and promote social, economic, and civic autonomy.
